Designed for experienced home baristas, the Lelit Elizabeth3 uses the Pagaia electronic pressure modulation system to let you adjust extraction in real time, rather than rely only on preset profiles. Turn the lever clockwise to increase pressure or counterclockwise to reduce it, with changes shown on the LCC display.

Brew espresso and steam milk at the same time for a more efficient coffee-making routine. PID temperature control helps maintain a constant brewing temperature, while low-pressure pre-infusion gently starts the extraction. A separate hot water outlet adds flexibility alongside single- and double-dose filter options.

The white finish and real wood accents bring a refined look to the machine. Integrated group head lighting improves visibility during extraction and can be switched on or off through the LCC settings, with its behaviour adapting to standby and energy-saving modes.

Included are a two-way portafilter with a smoked oak handle, single- and double-dose filters, a blind filter, a wooden-handled tamper, a water softener filter and an initial cleaning kit. There is no built-in grinder, so grinding requires separate equipment.
